Synonyms for Intoxication

In an earlier age, drunks were called dypsomanics. After Prohibition ended in 1933 the word Inebriate came into fashion to describe them. Now the formal noun most often used is Intoxication. Not surprisingly, a whole slew of slang expressions have emerged to label or describe the state of drunkenness and being high.  Of course there are many more than I list here but this seems like a good start.
